This is the *single* session for kids coaching. If interested in a package, there is a 5 Session Coaching Package that includes a Calm Kit and Signed Copies of "My Mindfulness Matters" and "Mindful Mylie". The goal of the five sessions is to develop your child's own version of "MY" through educational and mindful activities on the following topics: - MY mindfulness matters - MY marvelous mind - MY mindful tools - MY emotions (including the size of problem and zones) - MY relationships (including self-love, empathy, and communication)
