About the event
So much of our lives are spent taking care of others. In this 3-week Self-Love Workshop, I would love to offer ways that we can take care of ourselves so that we can be of service to all the other people in our lives.
Week 1 - Finding our MY, discovering what our strengths and values are so that the choices we make are aligned with what is important to us.
Week 2 - MY Mindfulness Matters, learning how to incorporate wellness throughout the day. Includes a yoga and meditation session.
Week 3 - MY Connections, identifying and cultivating relationships that help us shine.
