About the event
Our 4 week session will include lessons in mindful breathing, listening, gratitude, mindfulness of thoughts, and emotions. Â
Mindfulness helps to descrease stress and anxiety and increases ability to focus and regulate emotions.Â
Classes are offered free of charge. Â If desired, donations are accepted via Venmo @myndfulnessmatters. Â
Parent permissions required.Â
