About the event
Our 4 week session will include lessons in mindful breathing, listening, gratitude, mindfulness of thoughts, and emotions.
Mindfulness helps to descrease stress and anxiety and increases ability to focus and regulate emotions.
Classes are offered free of charge. If desired, donations are accepted via Venmo @myndfulnessmatters.
Parent permissions required.
