About the event
In this one time 40 minute class, students will learn mindful tools to help them manage BIG emotions! We will share the book, MY Mindfulness Matters and learn fun ways to connect with our breath. The kids are sure to love flower, bee, and elephant breath! We will also learn how to use our 5 senses to bring us calm and create an art craft to remind us of our tools! Through creating a nurturing, safe learning environment, students will engage in interactive lessons that foster their learning through mindful movement and art!
