This course is based on the book Mindfulness, an Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World. We will incorporate mindfulness meditation, yoga, and other integrative healing modalities as we learn tools to help us find joy in our healing journeys in a space of compassion and connection with others. Levels of participation are intended to offer flexibility and accessibility for anyone who is interested in cultivating mindfulness in their daily life.
